I’ve not got any feelings about Khan, but are people after another clown, like Boris? |

Shaun Bailey is the alternative. He isn’t a clown, but nor is he going to win. |

Citizen Kahn won his election by beating the boy Goldsmith, who never took the campaign seriously - my firm put on an event for the election campaign to hear what they had to say on housing (I work in affordable housing). Kahn was smarm personified but was clearly in control of the message he wanted to convey, no doubt beaten into him by the Labour PR machine. Zak just waffled and came over as an arrogant, entitled Tory prat. Voters saw the same thing throughout the campaign and so Kahn got it. As mayor he has been a disaster, but what choice will there be? Bailey is a nice but dim chap who doesn’t inspire.

Most of y'all lot definitely support Trump or would if you lived in the USA. He is big against contrary to many belief of this type of behavior from officials. He likes to target the working class but does nothing for them but unlike previous officials he downplays the money he has to be seen to be on the same level as the average person.

You have to live in London, or visit often to understand how useless a mayor he is.

In the USA most politicians are totally useless. For example our governor Cuomo in NY (whose many policies led to many deaths in nursing home during COVID and his response was literally "old people cannot live forever some people had to die", our mayor in NYC, etc the list goes on. Most of these guys drive cars most can only dream about and are as useful as a bag of garbage.

It is late here on the other side of the pond. I did not see the full replies, I thought it was just because the mayor has a expensive car when he is a elected official. We are used to that in the USA. I think it's cool they are driving a L405. Most of the guys here in the US have Escalades or S550. A range rover is not seen in the political world mostly only the celebrity world. L405 LWB 5.0 L322 4.2 SC |

Yep, principal in the FFRR, armed back up in the Disco, which is driven in such a way that nobody will get between it and the principal. Really high value principals (royals, pm) get Discos front and back and 4 SEG outriders. |

Surely then, if the value of the principle equals the escort khan would only rate a PCSO on a moped ? 2003 Range Rover Vogue TD6 |
