Ignore me. Obviously, the lamp holder from the car’s loom goes into that fitting.

I haven't got that far yet, the RR is in the workshop getting a new alternator. But that does sound like a good idea.

Only just put them on mate. I asked my son to look while I put it in reverse and he said they were very bright and they are definitely brighter for the rear camera at night.

Are these the one size with the 2 circles in the lens?

I think they are brighter and they have three rings.

I fitted a pair of those reversing lamps just before xmas. They're definately miles better than the original LR ones and illuminate much more on the reverse camera. Only downside for me is that the Westie has tinted windows, so the side illumination isn't greatly improved. Still well worth the money and I'm planning on taking my old reversing lights apart and seeing what I can shoehorn into them by way of LEDs, COBs, etc.

OK, thanks. I'm not keen on the "look" of those 3 rings. Me neither, but I'm seriously considering ordering these today, as I've already 'upgraded' to LEDs and still can't see jack schit when reversing at night! The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom |

Obviously it's personnel choice but they kind of match the circles in the rear lights.

I agree that they are not good for illuminating behind the car but that seems to be the norm for most vehicles. I suspect that reversing lights are merely there to warn people behind you that you are reversing. I added a small LED flood lamp under the rear bumper. Ron B.
