complete brake light failure, REALLY NEED ADVICE

hi everyone,
ran into a little problem the other day with my Range.
all three brake lights stopped working, while all other lights work well.

we checked:
* the fuses - good
* brake light bulbs - good
* changed the brake light switch - good
* over looked the wiring for broken wires or corrotion - one wire broken in the loom behind the battery ( fixed)
* checked if the LCM was getting signal from the brake lights switch - good
*checked if the LCM was sending the signal to the brake lights at the back -NOT GOOD/NOT FIXED... (opened LCM ,cleaned signs of corrotion and 're welded in places AND fitted another LCM that did not change anything)

and what would be the next step from here??
I appreciate any input on this and help.

with thanks in advance

p.s.

battery charges 14,1 - 14,4 v. and I have the 3 amigos celebrating early Christmas on my dash
