Feels like the dampers are made of solid steel.

Every bump and pothole results in more of my fillings falling out.

I've driven a few now and none are as comfortable as my old pre facelift TDV8. (Non adaptive)

The spiel in the brochure about it being the best ride Range Rover has to offer is in my opinion downright lies.

It is possible that there are more compliant rides, I'm not sure as I've only ever test-driven models with the dynamic active suspension. But mine is rolling on 22" wheels with Censored Chinese tyres and I'm really impressed with how compliant and comfortable it is. I was all set on changing the wheels to 19" or 20", especially as my last Mercedes AMG on 21" was seriously bad. But actually so far I find it amazing. Glides over potholes and remains pretty good with fast cornering.
