2015 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Corris Grey
Online Service History

Does anybody know how quickly the online service history is updated. I’ve bought a car from a Land Rover dealer and they said it will be serviced for me before i get it but it’s being delivered to me tomorrow and the online service history hasn’t updated yet.

I bought my current car in Sept 2018 and was given a folder of docs, one of which is a print out of the on line service record. August last year I got the car serviced at my usual dealership who I have used for 20 years, part of the same group as the place I bought the car. Anyway, I was given a print out of the service once work was done and paid for. Checked the on line record a few weeks later and it wasn’t recorded. So I asked them to upload. Checked again a month ago and still not done.

In the absence of a service book of stamps, the on line record is important, so it’s annoying that an otherwise reliable dealership hasn’t done this. I do have the paper record so can prove FMDSH.

every time I have my car servicing details are not updated as it supposed to be
I have had to to the dealer and ask why - they then update them whilst i am there
which is OK but is really annoying they don't do it especially considering the amount they charge for the servicing various other LR's this one is still the best

When I bought my 405 they were supposed to service it, I’m sure they did, but the online wasn’t updated.

Got in contact with the sales chap who I dealt with, was done the next working day.

It should be part of the service routine and update instantly. Check the onboard service indicators and distance to service, to double check it has been done then get them to do it while you are there. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

It updates instantly

If I register a service completed, the customer can log in and see it within seconds Thumbs Up
