Lcm burnout

Hi lads just a wee query to see what people think,if your car has been fitted with upgraded led lights front and back and they have been on thee car for say 3 plus years, with the lcm doing a self check on them because they aren't original lights i.e. Getting the disco lights and what have on start up,do you think through that time it could or would burn out something on the lcm, cheers pat

The LCM doesn't need any help to burn out but I bet it didn't do it any good...!!!

Take it apart and look for dry solder joints (google it) cheap fix if it's suffering from them.... Pete

I don't know for sure but can't see it will make much difference to the longevity of it... Pete
