Tricky. As the car isn't moving the vibrations must be coming from the engine - are the vibrations affected by engine RPM?

Vibration when stopped on the brakes was a regularly reported problem with the TD6. Stan has asked the size of the wheels and, it was reported to be less on the 18s, which you have.
