Yes, he makes it look sooooooooooo easy using a pair of side cuts and a big screwdriver.

Let me assure you that the chap in the video has the benefit of experience, a nice organised workshop and the exact tools for the job...

Yes I have done this on mine and with a bit of practice it fairly takes the hassle out of fitting them , no special tool ... really!
