Definition of results in the present set up is don’t finish below 17th. I remember when a clubs success was judged by what was in it’s trophy cabinet.

It’s the system that needs changing. I know it’s a short career but is there really a need to give them a lifetimes income in 6 months.

The championship clubs are currently paying on average 107% of income in players wages chasing the pot of gold. I’d never make the short list for the Governor’s job at the Bank of England, but even I can tell that’s a recipe for disaster.

There are some, virtually none who solely work for the NHS.

The point is any organisation that is paying any single member of staff more than £150k at present and still expects the country to pay other members of its staff 80% of their normal wage is taking the Censored .

So lets take an organisation like British airways or Persimmons, they have no choice but to furlough their staff but the CEO should be taking a cut to £150k. letters not necessarily in the right order
