Nothing to stop you fitting the appropriate foam to tyres yourself before fitting to wheels. Nothing complicated about it but the effects appear to be very worthwhile. |

The Rolls Royce Phantom has the foam, they call it 'silent seal'. I don't know which company makes them though. |

Johnboy, I wasn’t trying to say this was a new technology or even a new thing for Pirelli... More so a write up to tell members about my (first) experience of them sir 👍 |

Just spoken to a chap who has these on his Volvo, all well and good until the foam falls off, which it often does, and then the car shakes unbelievably, so maybe not such a good idea. |

I don't know where the name comes from, but I do know the P Zero's were first made for the Ferrari F40 - random fact

I can’t speak highly enough of them... They have been used now for six months (as I have dedicated winters) and they are excellent in every circumstance I have used them in... Including heavy rain, standing water and blistering hot weather too... 👍 |

Preference of winter tyre? I might look into getting a spare set of alloys and swapping over? |
