What new battery do I need

Hi all I’m having problems with a flat battery what is the recommended one to fit on a 2010 3.6 v8 .ive looked in the forum and still not sure, wat is an AGM battery ??

Agm is a gel filled battery rather than standard lead acid , usuall more expensive and requires a more suitable charger, can fail still the same in my experience.
Try and check to see if your alternator is charging and that nothing is draining it.

If your car isn’t set up for an AGM then don’t fit one.

AGM batteries require different charging voltages than an lead acid battery. Some of the 3.6 cars did have AgM Batts but check first.

As said Check the charging voltages. Look in the hidden menu and you can see the alternator voltages.

Search the forum for the hidden menu. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Thanks again , ordered one from tayna batteries put Reg no in got one at a decent price compered to some so will see how it goes.. thanks to FOX889 πŸ‘πŸ‘..
