I had my lower intercooler hose clip fail recently. On checking for a replacement part I found out the clip was only available from Land Rover as part of the hose assembly, at around £50.

The clip is available separately from BMW, part number 17517787821. At a cost of £2.24, a considerable saving.

It may be worth checking the condition of the clip on your car, easy enough once the lower engine guard is removed.
