Heated Wheel not working

As above - my heated steering wheel ... doesn't! Rolling Eyes

I've checked the fuses, and they're good. Anyone else had this issue and, if so, where should I start looking? Regards,

Are the relays labled,?
It might be possible to try swapping it with a similar relay for another function.?

My current thoughts are either the module (LR036111), or the wheel itself. Regards,

I had random moments when my heated wheel, seats and windscreen wouldn't work. I assumed it was the battery but that checked out okay. Turned out it was software glitch and sorted by an update. (MY2017 SDV8)
