Just out of curiosity - it is a case of having to remove the door panel to get at the speakers?

Yep door panel off job. The big speaker at the bottom of the door unscrews, the smaller ones up by the door release are held in place with plastic welds that need to be drilled out to remove. Would be a case of drilling and using self tappers to fit a new one, not too hard.

I am beging to think my door ones might not be plugged in, I have an annoying rattle from inside the drivers door. Going to try and work out how to drop the door card off later and have a look.

I have the same fault codes on my 2010SC the only speaker that actually sounds knackered is the one that the phone utilises. If I could easily find it and swap it I would. If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem!! |
