HDC warning, but no faults on IID tool

Goodmorning, can someone help me out here.

When I start the car and drive it for 20 meters the hill decent comes in and the brakes will slow me down. It does that 3 times and then the HDC warning bung and light + the amber brake warning light will show. It will then tell me "suspension lowered, but will not do so. After that I can drive happily on, but the warning light will stay on.

The GAPIID will not find any faults. when the car is warm and stopped and restarted it will do the same.
The battery is new, I gave it a hard reset and turned the wheel from one extreem to the other.

Anyone on here withe the bright insight that can help me out please?
Thanks in advance
