A new Beep

Morning

At the weekend whilst enjoying the wind and rain, i was retrieving something out of the boot when it started to beep at me. The tailgate had only just finished opening when it started. The beep whilst it lasted did seem to come from the tailgate. It closed no problem, no beeping. Hasn't done it since either.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Was it windy? If you open your boot then lift the hatch higher by hand, the car will start to beep at you Thumbs Up

Ahh yes it was a bit gusty. Must have been just strong enough to make it think it was being forced.

Thanks Craig. Very Happy

Another new trick it has shown me the other morning, was the central dash display changing from what Radio station was on to a picture of both axles and the fronts turned in the direction I steered. It was a bit icy, so i presumed its something to do with the auto terrain response?
