Thanks Tinman , wise advice , I was hoping someone on here might know who manufactures the oil coolers for LR and that it would be Nissans. 2015 4.4 AB

What warranty do you get with non-LR part? Form speaking to my son who bought a new Nissan Navara their parts are not bulletproof?

Hi Tinman, sorry the LR one ( Mann) has a 1 year warranty not two. My thoughts are its proberbly just the gasket as its a very minor leak but for the cost of a non LR replacement is it easier just to change the oil cooler instead of pulling the old one apart. My indie is a great believer in OEM spec parts as long as they are from a reputable manufacturer or the same manufacturer who makes the part for LR. 2015 4.4 AB

Had mine done under warranty by the stealer in late 2019, it still looks to be leaking. Genuine land rover part is about £400 if i remember correctly. However on the L322 we did this not long ago and it was a ECP special for £85... I dont rate ECP, but its not failed so far..

Thanks Charles , mine seems to be coolant so probably not the two o rings and more likely the oil cooler. I will ask them to change the o rings while they are fitting the cooler. I'm amazed how the spurious company can manufacturer such a specialised part for such cheap money. Do they sell that many that it is worth their while ?
