Beep or tone when brakes are applied

Has anyone experienced a 'beep' or a tone sound when sudden brakes are applied? The sound is generated inside the cabin. I am not sure where exactly from.

No, not that hard. Just enough that when some 'genius' pulls in front of you from no where and you apply breaks when you were doing 30miles an hour to bring it to 10 miles pher hour. Or you misjudge and immediately have to slow down. At no point the warning message comes up.

I'll try and record it.

Could it be the front collision warning? May have sounded just as you braked, I've noticed it can be particularly over sensitive or late to the party.

Mine does this everytime you press the brake when getting into it. Like a whistle. Almost like there is some type of vac leak.
