Those letters look CNC cut, not injection moulded - so not OEM. Cheap copies maybe? |

That tape looks way too thick. Once applied you can't see any tape on the OEM lettering, but those look like they will be very visible once stuck on. Current: FF Westminster money pit

Could you get a sheet of high strength double sided tape, remove the tape off the new letters and replace it with thinner?

Actually tape is ok. The seams behind the letters are too deep. So they Could not tape inside the seam but all over the letters. Even 1 mm standart tape cannot fill seams.
