Try removing and re-fitting the pollen filter (sits just in front of and below the windscreen at the rear of the engine bay), I had the Same as you and this seemed to fix it. Probably hadn’t been seated probably? |

I tried the pollen filter with no luck, I just let it idle for about 30 minutes, still nothing. Then I gave it some big revs 3 or 4 times with the expansion cap off and that seemed to push the air through as I now have heat |

Well done. The other cause I should have mentioned was the flaps sticking. Glad you got a result! |
