Now, I would be the first person to say RTFM however -
The manual says the maximum weight the roofrack can take is 100KG, but this seems to be some standard roof rack weight and really doesnt seem like much.

Has anyone put more on there? I need to put about 150-175Kg of timber on it and would take it easy driving home, I have roof rails so the weight should be spread fairly evenly... 

Saw a Honda CRV during the week transporting loads of cut timber............. the driver had obviously thought about weight limits as he had stacked it mainly on the driver's side of the car (I assume to the rack's weight limit) and then the balance was poking out through the open sunroof, with the end in the passenger footwell...............  2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

If you can land a 600kg helicopter on the roof of a Skoda Yeti, I'm sure the RR will take 175kg no problem. 2006 Mercedes CLS

600kg helicopter? - must have been bought from a model shop

the apache is about 5200kg 'dry' weight

I've had more than that - the bars bowed a bit in the middle but the roof was fine - Thule bars

The reason the weight is so low is because that's the max dynamic load vs. just static. Imagine going down the road at 60mph with 100kg on the roof and hit a series of very sharp dips along with a few huge potholes thrown in for good measure. The roof and rack will have to muster those 100kg heading down while the car is already going back up, etc. When we're underway w/our roof top tents, we've got about 75 - 80kg on the roof. When we're sleeping, there's my big behind (85-90kg depending on how much beer I've been drinking), my wife (70kg - she's 6') and the kids (say another 80kg). That puts a good 300+kg on the roof - but it's no prob because the car's not moving. Pop-in-law did Iceland in a RRC like this 25 yrs ago - washboard pistes and all.

Long winded way to answer your question. If you drive very easy - no bumps etc. - should be absolutely no prob.
