CCF's are very easy to change using a suitable diagnostic tool sir... IID tool works best IMHO |

Before I fork out for a IDD tool. I know nothing about ccf. I’ve been lead to believe that basically you can add to what you haven’t got in some cases. Is this true. I’ve heard that people have added timed climate when the car wasn’t specced with it from factory??

In simple term, the Car Configuration Files (CCF) are necessary to tell the cars modules (computers) what software to use when you change the cars hardware...

This is what I’m concerned about. If it can be done it’s a worthwhile mod to me. But if I do mess something up then it could be costly. Especially as I can’t find anyone who’s done it. |
