Has anyone noticed a trend from MDs to just bill for a job without giving a breakdown between parts and labour?

Harwoods billed me recently £80 plus VAT for a 30 minute labour job....
That works out at nearly £200 incl VAT per hour !

Pretty sure you can use who you want under a warranty scheme so long as the are VAT registered. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

its normally in how the policies are written. LR policies are usually pretty good but I’ve had claims for various things rejected on LR warranties even at LR dealers. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
