Someone has probably spilt Adblue on the thread before putting the lid back on. When it crystallises, it sticks the lid in place.

And... make sure your car is on the flat, or pointing up hill. Point it down hill and it’ll airlock like a bast*** |

You’re welcome. While we’re at it, run it down to a 2,000 mile range remaining and it’ll comfortably take 10 litres. |

A 3/8 inch Drive or a 1/2inch drive from a socket set fit the cap to get it off easily. Range Rover Sport 2023 D350 Autobiography

I put some white food grease on the thread wire. This way it doesn't clamp and you can easily open the cap next time. 2017 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 silicon silver

All sorted. Yes - it's very ammonia smelling stuff isn't it. Just put about 2.5l of Adblu in. I read somewhere it doesn't keep if the container is opened. Is this correct? 17 MY Corris Grey 4.4 VAB
