2013 to 2016 AC Pannel upgrade

I have the opperunity to buy a 2016 pannel that has more features and ability to put the heated seats on etc. Without the need to access in the menu.

Question is... is it plug and play or will it not work? I have no idea if they changed the infrastructure to something other than can bus most bus flex Ray etc.

Advice if anyone knows would be great

United States 2013 Range Rover HSE 5.0 V8 Fuji White

I took my wife's 13 l405 and tried to swap it with my 16 l405 it wouldn't work. This is North American spec. The 13 was an hse and my 16 was an autobiography, but I sold it and bought a 14 autobiography that is almost the same just no wifi and heads up display. The wifi I was able to add thru my cell phone company sprint with a sprint drive. The heads up should work too if I can find one. Cheers.
