squeaky drivers seat

hoping someone can help. my seat has started to squeak when it moves (on entry and exit) but also now going over bumps. its starting to get annoying. any ideas on an easy fix?

Hello. Mark from the states. My wife’s 2013 does the damn damn thing! I’ve tried wd40 + spray lubricant all kinds of stuff. It drives me nuts. I haven’t found a fix....

I had this issue on my last car. It was the bit you plug seat belt belt into which was rubbing between the seat and centre console. Land Rover “fixed” it by wrapping fabric tape around it
