I'm not being particularly helpful, but good luck getting the DP involved.
I've had 5 LR's over the years with a number of issues among them. Despite hundreds of go's, only once have I ever been put through to them on the phone, and never had emails returned from them. I guess they may have been active in the back ground getting things sorted but I very much doubt. They employ pittbull staff to guard and deflect. You will never get near their office.
Dealer principals or executive directors or whatever they call themselves these days live in ivory towers. They see customers as nuisances - thats is once they have returned from long lunches at the golf courses then barked at sales staff for not hitting targets.
I did see one once while my car was being serviced, parading around the showroom with a cohort of note takers, yes men and women nodding at every sage piece of advice uttered. Imagine Kim Jong Un doing a walk about and you have the idea. The guy at the service desk said he is hated and never known any dealership any different.
