continuously variable damper Click image to enlarge 2010 - 2012 continuously variable damper - rear left. this was on my car from new and I replaced it recently as I thought it might be responsible for a thud noise over potholes. It wasn't! The cause of that was later discovered to be worn rear subframe bushes and rear wishbone bushes, see my recent post on the forum about this. it's done 105k miles and doesn't leak or have any noises etc - good useable condition. £75 delivered.
