So it's been down today and went thro a couple of puddles no probs then went out before and the eml is on with no power loss and no fault codes !!!
Any one had this before and if so how is it fixed , I have tried clearing faults on the idd no joy , I've tried switch on and off and restart no joys
Got me head scratching

What codes are showing?

No codes relating to the engine
But just the normal hvac - air quality sensor, and U fault instrument panel and fbh flame out
Going out to see if it's self cleared or has recorded a fault over night will update shortly

Well went out no fault codes recorded light decided to go out it's self , I can only assume when you puddle the FF over the bonnet things must get wet another lesson learnt

Maybe it’s the EML light that’s faulty .

I think it was washing the bonnet when driving thro a tempary Ford an a roundabout at an unreasonably fast speed for the road conditions
