My hands free is really bad quality. Sounds like lots of interference. I’m wondering is asking for a Bluetooth module software update would help?[/u] Regards

Mine is dreadful as well!
I did read on here that if you move your phone away from the usual place (near gearstick area) chances are the reception is better.
Ended up putting mine on the back seat, which isn’t ideal, & the reception was better, not perfect but was better.
Not ideal but worth a try. 2012 Orkney Grey Westminster 4.4TDV8 with Ivory interior.........nice!

You will need an iiD or something similar but it would be worth re-flashing the blue tooth ECU to see if that helps. John
