3.6 TDV8 running rough

hi my car has started to run rough and knock no fault codes or lights present however the offset on injector 6 is maxing out at 1.4k I have a injector coming on Monday (tomorrow) however the only think that worrying me is the crank case pressure, i have read a story where a egr valve head comes away and enters the engine, is this common or am I just worrying for no reason.

Cheers
Leon

UPDATE

Ive taken the car to the garage they found cylinder 6 injector maxing out with a offset reading, they removed the injector and found it to be 'wet', so i had them change the injector however the fault still was still present. They then done a electronic compression test and found that a cylinder is only making 1% compression. has anyone had a similar experience with their 3.6??

it seems like a serious failure has occurred with nothing but expensive things left such as piston, valves, cam/rockers and head/and or gasket
