I dont think an Indy will have much more luck than you. I replaced my rear discs, park brake shoes cleaned and lined the cable spent ages adjusting it.

Put the car in off road height, if the h/brake works better then you have probably got too much movement (stretch) in the cables! Replace the cables... They do get overlooked! |
