On the L322 the FBH is located behind the front left wheel, behind the arch panel. Don't know if it's different on yours.

Yeah on previous land rovers and range rovers I’ve had the fbh’s and all been in the same location but there’s something on the l405 in the same position that doesn’t look anything like the ones on earlier models but sort of resembles one |

That is the FFBH, however on the L405 its is made by Eberspächer (IIRC the Hydronic2 unit) , where previously JLR used Webasto units. |

I had doubts a while ago about the L405 FBH manufacturer but bought an OEM L405 FBH remote a few months ago listed as a Webasto Telestart remote. Paired easily and works a treat. Maybe the item description is wrong ? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LAND-RANGE-ROVE...2749.l2649 |

That seller doesn't have a clue about the remote - its the Eberspächer one (the name is printed on the PCB inside), the part number he quotes is for:
