Use the multi-height attachment that fits into the same square receiver on the main towbar frame.

The option you have is to replace the quick release part for a farmers hitch with the drop plate. Need to find one.

There are 3 versions of that - a pin (as shown), a bolt - and a final one where the inserted bit is half threaded and a bolt.
