Help me build a checklist of todo’s on engine replacement

I have a ‘06 HSE here in the states. It has a blown head gasket at 180k miles, so I’ve sourced a AJ133 4.4 petrol to replace it. With the engine arriving shortly, I’m curious as to what the forum would suggest:

1. Things to do to the new engine prior to fitting it.
2. Things from the truck that I should just buy new instead of reusing.

I think it’s an AJ41, not an AJ133 - sorry about that. Whatever the internal designation, it’s the stock na engine for 2006. ——
