Adding cooled seats?

I'd like to do this. Are the seats with cooling the same as the seats with just heating?

Any thoughts on what I'd need?

Different seats - perforated to flow the cool air through
Different heating/cooling mechanism
Different dash controls

Big job !

Yes big job...

Search for Salter121 who replaced his interior (and his engine!) including changing to cooled seats.

I think he was having some issues with it last time I read....

. Cheers, Greg

There comes a point when it might be cheaper (and a whole lot less frustrating) to bite the bullet and trade-in to get the spec you want. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

Well if I find a pair of donor seats with the looms and controller, it doesn't look too onerous.

Just to find the seats...

It is a big job and very frustrating. I am stumped on the wiring loom that connects the seats to the heated / cooled seats module I have installed. You will also need the OBD tool to reconfigure. I have everything ready to go once I can get hold of a wiring loom
