Torsional Vibration (worse in TD6) is greatly damped by tyres with greater tyre wall, 18" being the best option but 19" being OK... PS: The Crankshaft does have a Torsional Vibration Damper which can wear out but even when working properly there will still be an annoying level of vibration at standstill on lowish profile tyres. Choosing Neutral at lights is a good plan. |
