To Poland and back in the Fatty

Had to share this 'bit of a road trip' my Wife and I have just done over the past 10 days. Started with our ex neighbours saying ' just pop over to see us'. So spur of the moment we organised the Tunnel and a few hotels to get us there and back. The picture of my FF in front of the Grand white building is where we stayed in Poland, not fat from Katowice. A great trip, very comfortable drive even the FF was loaded! Even stretched her legs( the FF that is!) on the Autobahns.

If any of you guys do fancy a trip and end up anywhere near Katovice I can thoughly recomnend the hotel we stayed in. Its only 50k outside Katovice in glorious surrounding, Palac Czarny Las. All motorways are good. There is a toll before Wroclow but you take a ticket and pay when you get off. With the Zloty at 4.60 to the £ you can live like a Lord on not a lot of money. Very Happy Fuel is cheap away from the motorways, approx 90p litre!!
