My 2006 MY Supercharged is now running great, only thing is, the EML comes on sometimes. Before everybody says 'told you so' about LPG, let me explain the three reasons I know it's not to do with the LPG conversion.

1. It was happening before the LPG was fitted.

2. The fault comes up on petrol too.

3. It is coming up with a 'non existent fault' (see below).

The reason it gives for the EML, is lean running, however yesterday I took a test drive with the computers hooked up to both the LPG ECU, and the OBD port. The computer threw up a lean running fault, despite the running figures showing that it was not running lean.

The final reason I think it's not a real fault, is that it seems to be a common problem with the Jaguar engine, see link here:

my dads rrs sc does this and he doesnt have lpg so i doubt its related to that....im sure there was a thread about this before  "RANGEISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED"
