2016 Vogue se sdv8 auto

Had a strange issue earlier Pulled away slowly when engine was cold and gearbox made a mechanical rattling/knocking sort of noise as if it was jumping out of second gear ?? stayed in first gear and would not change up to second , no warning on dash !!
Stopped the engine and started again and gearbox operated normaly abiet the lowers gear seem to me to be a bit lumpy/harsher now but do get progressivly better as the car warms up
Definately not how it was thats for sure
no fault codes stored
Has anyone had similar problems like this ? or any advice on the wording i will need for the dealer ?

Any help would be appreciated Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where,s the f**king ceiling!!

I have an issue with my SDV8 whereby if I am accelerating normally in normal Drive mode and then decelerate by lifting off the accelerator pedal, the car/gearbox judders , don't know if this is a similar thing. I have asked multiple times if I need a gearbox oil change (as the only major issue with my old 3.0L D L322 at 90k miles was the torque convertor failing due to gearbox oil burning up - known issue) but they reckon the oil is for the life of the car (or 7yrs as they call it) so not due yet. I've done 55k miles but am planning to check with a gearbox specialist who should know more than the dealer (dealer charges around £800-900 for gearbox oil change by the way!!). Steve

Ive got 46k on the clock and accelerates and decelerates with no juddering
My issue seems to be when cold and pulling away slowly was getting a noise as if it was trying to snatch 2nd gear (if that makes sense ? ) but stuck in 1st gear till i stopped engine and started again every thing was ok apart from lower gear changes now seem to be lumpier and slightly harsher,
higher gear changes are fine its made this noise a few times but not recently and no warnings on dash or fault codes stored
Its under warranty and taking it in tommorw and see what b*lls*it they try to fob me off with
