AC compressor - Sanden or Hella?

I have to buy a new AC compressor. It looks like there is two OEM brands to choose from - Sanden or Hella.

Does anyone have feedback on either brand? The Hella compressor is cheaper. ______________________________

I spoke to a supplier (who doesn’t stock this part) who said the Hella branded unit is a good product so will go with that.

Has anyone replaced a tdv8 AC compressor at home? Is it very difficult? Thanks ______________________________

Hi, I did mine with a Hitachi piece of cake, just plug and play I did notice a big difference with it working correctly
forgot to say that it is recommended that the relay is changed at the same time Thumbs Up
