Well after 2 great years the time has come to sell the Td6 and with just a piece of A4 paper in the screen it sold on the 1st day, I’m gutted it’s gone but the time was right and in another couple of years when it’s time to upgrade the rrs I reckon I’ll go for 4.4 Tdv8 FF as I don’t fancy the 3.0 that’s in the later sports. The best part is I will still see it around as it went to the person who bought my old X5 and no doubt I will still have to fix it too

I was just looking through my old posts and see this one and when I read it I had forgotten the statement about buying another FF when it was time to replace my RRS, the ironic part is I bought a new car 2 weeks ago and after searching for a month for the right later rrs with the last of the Tdv8 engines I couldn’t find the right colour combo so I started looking at Fullfats and found a couple that fitted the bill perfectly straightaway and ended up with a Stornaway grey with black leather 4.4 Tdv8 and I’m over the moon with it. It seems it was meant to be
