IID reading. Is this correct???

A few weeks IID identified a fault with the ABS as being the rear sensor cable. I replaced this with a genuine part and the fault cleared but I got the dreaded christmas tree of lights. Thinking it may be the ABS module I sent this away for repair but it came back as no fault found.. Because I had to drill out the old cable I thought I may have damaged the reluctor ring so I went for a short drive to see what readings I got on the move. All four wheels recorded 0.6 KPH and then showed N/A. Is this as it should be or should it record speed above 0.6 KPH?
If I clear the fault and run it for a few seconds before the fault re-appears the ABS kicks in and jams the brakes.
My Car is an L322 TD6
Any help would be appreciated
Many thanks
