Hi Everyone,

I'm new here and have just started to investigate buying a FF SC. Specifically MY 2008 or 2009.

When I search for "Range Rover Supercharged" I see a lot of the supercharged SPORT models, not the FF.

When I'm entering search text, how would I distinguish between the Sport Supercharged Vs the plain Range Rover Supercharged (the big brother)? Or, is this the same car? I thought the Sport was a bit smaller and based on the Disco chassis and the FF model was larger and basically an HSC with a supercharger and more options are standard.

Can anyone set me on the right road or point me to some thread here or another site that may clear up my confusion?

Thanks for the info. But, I thought the Vogue was a different model with a shorter roof line. Or am I mixing it up with some other car.

He's Stateside, Stan. Don't think they have Vogue just HSE?

@OP, Try HSE see if that makes a difference. You are correct about the Sport. It is smaller and less room inside. Vogue is the main spec here for the Full size RR. John

Thanks! But I thought the two full fat Range Rovers in the USA were the HSE and Supercharged. So if I search for HSE I won't find the supercharged one.

This is why I'm confused.

So it seems if I search for "range rover HSE" I'll get the non-supercharged model and if I search for "range rover supercharged" I find the Sport model. I wonder if this is some practical joke by Land Rover on us here in the States. Even though they were owned by Ford then.

arnt all USA models petrol? (except for recent diesels) if so then they must be SC spec..???

Larry, I went Stateside (VPN) and searched on "used range rover hse supercharged for sale" and got a number of hits. Don't know if it helps.

Yes the States are all petrol. But I think they have the 5.0 in SC and NA versions.

I think they have the HSE model name and SC in the states, both petrol, I may however be completely wrong

I actually gave up and just do visual filtering. My attempts to limit the search eliminated actual FFRR SC models which was quite frustrating.

most ads have a pic so you can tell from that..
