Haha, nope. To be honest, I was quite glad to see some German engineering still in the car!!! Can't say I'd be so delighted with a lot of Ford tech....except the TDV8 4.4 of course which is supposedly Ford built/designed? |

Well.... it was more a way of germanize engines like bimmers, mercs, etc.. which share engines across the range....The w12 on the bent continental is nothing more than two vr6's glued together...

The Bentley Continental GT is technically a rebodied and more powerful Volkswagen Phaeton. Same chassis, same engine but tweaked to give it more power.
