Just thought I should update on the progress. I made an offer and have come to a satisfactory agreement. I have reservations to fly to meet the owner 6/5 and will then commence a drive north up the California coast visiting friends and family along the way. I received the service records since 2/2015 from around 60K miles. The only thing to note that I did not see addressed during that period was transmission, differentials and transfer case fluids as well as brake fluid flush. Through that 60K miles, it received new front air shock and a compressor, a water pump, several sets of brakes (gotta love Brembos), and alternator, and last but definitely not least, the timing chain guides.
I am confirming the fluids with the shop and will be scheduling to have the necessary service performed before I arrive. Then along the way north I will stop in a tire shop in Oregon and get it shod with a nice new set of Michelin Defender LTX M/S. There is no sales tax in Oregon, so I may as well save the extra $100.
All in, the cost was nearly the same between the two vehicles, So, I was able to get a confirmed one owner well maintained AB with all it's additional bells and whistles for the price of a new set of tires!
