Plain toothpaste and a soft cloth, if the scratches are not too deep - but there may be a plastic anti-glare film covering the screen which will render this idea useless, and don't push too hard, it's a thin LCD under there!

-Take surrounding trim off with a plastic trim removing tool - ideally, unplug and take the screen off the seat.
-Sand down the surface of the plastic screen with 800 to 4000 grit with a soft sanding block until the deepest scratches are smoothed.
-Apply several thin layers of quality clear lacquer - ideally let cure and sand down to a smooth finish after every coat over a few days.
-Apply a last coat, let cure and polish - or for a factory look and anti-glare finish use a matt or sating lacquer for the last coat.

I would suggest doing the same to the second screen to make them look the same. l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

Try buying a matte iPad screen scratch protector and cut it to the size of your screen! Works on 2009> infotainment screens to get rid of the shiney finger marks! Gotta be worth a go!

as its pretty much scratched to then anything you try can't make it much worse. I would try some light car polish on a soft cloth. if the light polish doesn't work then try something slightly more abrasive, such as g3. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
