I’ve noticed that mine runs a bit faster for a few miles if the battery is a bit discharged., but it soon sorts itself out and returns to 650-700 rpm tickover .

Mine seems steady at 660 rpm ( iid tool reading) no matter what. 2015 4.4 AB

Normally mine is perfect, I just wonder if the heat of the environment it's in plays a part. 2012 4.4 TDV8 Westminster - Baltic Blue, Jet interior

Yes temp. does play a role!In Botswana at 40c+ car idles higher to aid cooling and aircon!My D3 behaved in the same manner. 2012 TDV8 Vogue SE 4.4 |
