Most of the L405’s I’ve seen have the fog lights or whatever they are in the front bumper. Mine doesn’t seem to have them??

On the 2016 brochure I was kindly sent by a member recently, it shows the front foglights as a cost option.

Oh. So previous owner was a tight arse then lol. Thought they was fog lights and all cars had to have them by law??

only rears are required by law, fronts are optional..

Ok thanks. I’m guessing the powerful uk ones are only good if you already have them and want to replace. The fact mine didn’t come with them would mean I’d have to change the mouldings and then somehow make a loom?

Change the bumper moulding as (you said above) yours won't hold fog lamps! New front bumper loom and a new switchback.

You would also need the brackets to hold the lamps in place.

For an option that only costs £150 on a new build order they are stupidly expensive to retrofit even using second-hand parts.
