2007 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.2 SC V8 Zermatt Silver

External Matt black pillar trim question?

Hi all... so the Matt black which looks like vinyl which goes on all the pillars between the bottom
Of the windows to the roof... if I were to peel it off what lies beneath? Bare metal? Body coloured paintwork?

Unsure what is beneath (perhaps metal because they can corrode/ blister over time) although suspect if you peel anything off you will end up with a regrettable mess.

What are you trying to achieve?

Was after changing for a gloss black - is there any more pics of this as I want to wrap the roof gloss black and have it match cheers Current stable:
